Equipped with our own volumetric concrete batching plant, we bring the concrete to you, no matter how remote the location. Our team is experienced in all aspects of concrete construction including formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete slabs, footings, kerbing, toe walls, boat ramps, margins, concrete inverts and protection works. We are a full-service civil construction contractor with extensive experience delivering infrastructure projects across remote and regional Northern Territory. Our civil construction capabilities include bridge and culvert construction and repair, concrete invert works, headwall and wingwall construction, drainage works, stone pitching, rock-filled gabions and mattresses, guardrail installation, kerbing and guttering, cattle grid installation and removal, and protection works. We hold current NT Government period contracts for the repair and maintenance of bridges, culverts and inverts across the Katherine Region, and for the repair and maintenance of Central Arnhem Road, Ramingining Link Road and surrounding local roads in the Nhulunbuy Region, a testament to the trust government clients place in our capability and reliability.

We deliver scheduled and reactive maintenance across large geographic areas under NT Government period contracts, including bridge, culvert and invert maintenance across the Katherine Region and road maintenance of Central Arnhem Road, Ramingining Link Road and surrounding local roads in the Nhulunbuy Region. With crews and plant permanently based across the NT, we are equipped and experienced in emergency response, having mobilised rapidly for flood events and cyclone damage when critical infrastructure needed to be restored urgently.

Our earthworks and grading capability covers the full scope of earth-moving and road formation works required in remote NT environments. We undertake bulk earthworks, site preparation, cut and fill, compaction, gravel resheeting, road grading and maintenance grading across regional and remote road networks. Our plant fleet includes graders, excavators, rollers and loaders, operated by experienced personnel who understand the unique demands of remote NT conditions.

We have a strong history of delivering construction and civil works in remote Indigenous communities across the Northern Territory. Our experience includes community housing construction and community infrastructure works. Operating remotely is not a challenge for Northern Remote Concrete, it is our core competency. We are entirely self-sufficient in the field with our own accommodation, kitchen facilities, fuel storage, water infrastructure and site office equipment, and can establish a fully operational camp and mobilise a complete crew to virtually any location across the NT with minimal lead time. Our clients do not need to arrange or fund site infrastructure, we arrive ready to work and stay operational for the full duration of the project.
